These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website and related services (the "Service") provided by BLOOM CONSULTING ("we" or "us"). Users of the Service ("Users") agree to these Terms and must use the Service in accordance with them.

We do not currently provide a public API (Application Programming Interface). Automated access is only permitted with our prior written consent under specified conditions. Unauthorized scraping is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
- All intellectual property rights related to the Content belong to we or legitimate rights holders.
- "BLOOM", "BLOOM CONSULTING", "BLOOM Certified", and related names, logos, and designs are trademarks or identifiers of we. Unauthorized use or imitation is prohibited.
- Logos and trademarks of partner companies belong to their respective owners. Use requires permission from the rights holder. Use of our logos, badges, or screenshots requires prior written approval.
7. User Content
- Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to submit content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
- Users grant we a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use User Content (including reproduction, modification, translation, distribution, and creation of derivative works). Users waive moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
- We may remove or hide content without prior notice if it violates laws or these Terms.
8. Content Use (Citations and Links)
- Linking to the Website is generally permitted, provided it does not harm our credibility or involve framing.
- Quotations for reporting, review, or research purposes must comply with applicable laws and clearly indicate the source (site name and URL).
- Use of logos, badges, or screenshots requires prior written permission.
