This page sets out who operates BLOOM ABROAD (the "Service"), following the disclosure items of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

2. What the Service provides
Information about studying and living abroad (schools, housing, jobs, insurance, mobile data, and more), and listings of the schools and businesses that offer them. Any contract for a listed service is made directly between you and that school or business; the Service is not a party to it. However, contracts for the operator's own services listed in section 8 are made between you and the operator (BLOOM CONSULTING) under the terms of that service.
3. Sales to users
The Service does not sell any products or services to users. Browsing, searching, sending inquiries, and requesting a study-abroad consultation are free of charge. The Service never collects payments from users.
4. Paid services for businesses (listings, advertising)
Paid services for schools and businesses, such as listings and advertising placements, are governed by individual agreements, application forms, or listing terms. Fees, payment methods, payment timing, cancellation, and refunds are as set out in those individual terms (see Section 11 of the Terms of Service).

The following services listed on this site are run by the operator of this site (BLOOM CONSULTING). They are listed in the same format as other providers' services, and their listing order and evaluation do not change because of their relationship with the operator.
