Send the form
Tell us what you want to list and share your website.
We check the details
Our team reviews it and contacts you within 3–5 business days. We may ask for a registration number.
We agree the content
We make prices and conditions accurate and current. Any edit that changes meaning is confirmed with you.
Publish and update
After publishing, you can ask us to change or pause your listing at any time.

Listing criteria

Under our Listing Terms we check that:

you are a real business with authority over the information you list
prices, periods, conditions, locations and contacts are accurate and current
there are no exaggerated claims or unsupported superlatives and comparisons
photos and text do not infringe anyone else's rights
for licensed activities such as tours or job placement, the licence or registration number can be verified

We decide whether, when, where and in what order to list.

What partnership includes

Partners get enquiries and a simple way to tell us what happened next.

Enquiry handoff: With the person's consent, we send each enquiry to your form, email or LINE, whichever suits you.
Follow-up status: From a link in the email, pick “Contacted”, “Applied”, “Enrolled” or “Not proceeding”. Customer names are not shown on that screen.
Updating listings: Housing listings can be updated directly from your staff account.
Partner list: Partners appear on our “Our partners” page, so users can see who we work with.

Our commitments to users and businesses

Referral fees and advertising do not change the rank or rating of free listings (except for placements shown in fixed positions, such as advertisements labelled “PR”).
Advertisements carry a “PR” label. Partners from which we may receive referral fees are published on the “Our partners” page.
We do not describe businesses as “official” or “supervised by”.
Reviews and stories are checked by our team before they are published.
