What you can do
You can compare 95 language schools in the Philippines (as of July 2026, per the official site) on the same items. Choose the period, course and room, and the total you pay before departure and its breakdown appear on the spot. You can compare up to 3 schools side by side, and if you haven't chosen a school, 7 questions narrow down candidates. If you already know which school you want, you can apply without a consultation, and ask only what you are unsure of, in Japanese, to staff who have studied abroad themselves.
From applying to after you arrive
Search by conditions or get candidates from the 7 questions, then check the total and breakdown.
Apply online without registering as a member, and pay only the 5,000 yen application deposit by card.
The desk checks availability at the school, and you receive the confirmed amount and your start date (if the school is full or your conditions can't be arranged, the deposit is refunded in full).
Once you are satisfied with the details, you pay the rest of the tuition. As a rule it is paid to the school, and the deposit is applied to your study costs.
When your booking is confirmed, the eSIM arrives by email and in your account, and you can set it up on your phone before departure.
You can get advice in Japanese, from preparing for departure to problems during your stay.
What sets it apart
It is built so you can see where the money goes. Tuition stays at the school's official price, and the yen conversion rate is the European Central Bank market rate, shown with the time it was obtained. The total is fixed at the rate on the day your booking is confirmed, and there is no extra charge even if the yen weakens afterward.
You can bring in a quote. If a written quote from another company is lower for the same school, course, period and room, there is a promise to match it to the extent the school allows. Before you apply, you can also have them go through the breakdown of a quote you already have.
The official site states that the order of listings does not change with advertising fees or referral fees. The desk's income is the fees from partner schools.
If you apply, a free eSIM for your stay is included. It uses Bloomy eSIM and works at high speed up to 1GB a day in the Philippines (on days when it's used up, speed is up to 512kbps; calls and SMS are not included).
It is run by BLOOM CONSULTING, the same company as BLOOM ABROAD. You can also discuss a two-country plan, such as studying in the Philippines and then moving to Canada or Australia, within the same company.
It suits people who want to compare schools themselves and apply only after understanding the cost breakdown. Consultation is available online or by LINE. If you want to meet face to face, it's worth comparing it with other agencies.
