Ages 18–30 · 12 months · no extension
The visa is for Japanese nationals who live in Japan and are aged 18 to 30 inclusive at the time of application. It is valid for 12 months and cannot be extended. Anyone who has previously been issued this visa cannot apply. The Japanese MOFA list shows no annual quota for visas from Japan to Estonia.
