台所の生ごみを、肉や魚、乳製品も含めて発酵させて堆肥にする「ボカシ」の作り方を、初心者向けに学ぶ講座です。地域団体 Sustainable Little Tokyo と共同で開かれ、沖縄の知恵と環境教育を結びつけています。料金は 15 ドル（手数料 1.5 ドル）で、手作りのボカシ袋と軽食がつきます。道具のキットは別売りです。会場は善宗寺（Zenshuji Soto Mission）です。最新の情報は元のページで確認してください。
