Sprott Shaw College is BC's longest-standing business vocational school, with over a century of history, roughly 4,500 students a year, and 12 campuses across the province. Its Early Childhood Education certification program holds a strong reputation among BC private colleges, and co-op options span fields such as international trade (FITT) and hospitality (AHLA). Most classmates are local Canadians and the average age skews higher, creating a grounded, career-minded atmosphere. Lifetime job-search support, free course retakes, monthly intakes for most programs, and a Japanese counselor at the Vancouver campus round out the offer.
