Urban International School (UIS) is a private international school in Toronto for grades 7–12, with around 450 students from across the globe. Some 98% of graduates have advanced to universities and colleges, including 36% to the University of Toronto, and its five-semester year—the most in Canada—allows flexible start dates, alongside six academic streams, five ESL levels, and on-campus official IELTS testing. A Japanese counsellor is on staff. Four accommodation options and annual summer camps round out a setup suited to university-bound students wanting flexibility.
