NUMA Institute (formerly CLC Canada) is a language school in downtown Montreal, about two minutes on foot from Guy-Concordia metro station. Students can study English, French, or both at once through a bilingual track, with 13 finely divided levels and small group lessons capped at six students. Enrollment runs between 60 and 120, keeping the school compact. A Japanese-speaking counselor is on staff. A Language Tea Time exchange held three times a week adds speaking practice, suiting learners drawn to bilingual Montreal.

It covers everything from co-op programs to post-graduation work permits and university transfers, with an especially broad record at public colleges. There are no support or handling fees.
