例外与不适用的情况

This is an announcement of a government plan, and no system has been set out in law or regulations yet. Media reports have given numbers of places for second and third years, but we could not confirm them on the official Department of Home Affairs pages. Home Affairs advises that the visa is granted while you are in the same place where you applied (inside or outside Australia).
