CCEL (Canadian College of English Language) is a long-established Vancouver language school founded in 1991, occupying its own building in the heart of downtown. Lessons use SMRT, the school's self-developed digital courseware, across seven levels, and the student body is highly international. Facilities stand out, including a rooftop open area and an on-site cafe restaurant. A university transfer program lets students enter partner institutions without English proficiency tests, and the attached career school, Canadian College, extends options beyond language study. It suits those wanting a well-equipped large school with a route to further study.
