University of Niagara Falls is a new private university that opened in April 2024 in downtown Niagara Falls. It focuses on digital-field IT education such as data analytics. International tuition is $80,040 for the whole Honours BBA (4 years, 120 credits; about $20,000 a year) and $39,375 to $48,000 for a whole master's program (mandatory fees extra; checked on the official site on October 20, 2026). Master's programs run 18 months (as short as 15), qualify graduates for a three-year post-graduation work permit, and allow spouses to apply for work permits during enrolment. Living costs undercut Toronto substantially, with one-bedroom units around $1,300 a month, and domestic students make up about 20%. It suits graduate-bound professionals seeking a digital degree and Canadian work prospects at moderate cost.
